1. Kydex vs. leather?
   Kydex is waterproof, scratch resistant, lots of different colors and patterns to choose from and easy to maintain- just soap and warm water.

2. Would Kydex wear finish of my gun?
   Just like anything else including leather, yes, it will eventually cause some wear on your firearm. 

3. Can I leave my holster in the car?
   Yes you can. Keep in mind that "Kydex" is plastic, prolonged heat will eventually deform any plastic holster.

4. How about maintenance?
   Before each use, inspect the condition of the holster, belt clip(s) and hardware for any signs of damage or loose screws. Damaged parts and materials could lead to a potential serious injury. Do not use the holster at this point.

5. Can I modify my holster?
   Do not modify your holster in any way, shape or form, this will void the warranty. Doing so could result in serious injury.

6. Do you offer any other color/ pattern?
   Yes. If you like a specific color/ pattern for your firearm please contact us for details. Please keep in mind that we do not stock all the colors available.

7.What are the features of the LUSIMO Holster Series?
   Slim design and adjustable retention.

8. When will my order ship?
   All stocked items will ship the next business day after payment is received. We use USPS only at this time and a tracking number will be emailed to you.

9. How do I cancel or modify my order?
   Email us as soon as you can.

11. Do you offer warranty?
   We offer lifetime warranty no questions asked. Limited to materials and craftsmanship only. If you modify or alter the holster in any way, it's on you. If you run it over with a vehicle, it's on you. If you drop it from a tall building, it's on you. Save your receipt/ invoice. Please contact us for details.

12. Do you offer discount?
     Our way of showing appreciation to the men and women of the armed services we offer 10% off to ALL Military (including Veterans), Law Enforcement Officers and EMS.  Email us which military branch/ department you served or currently serving and years of service. A one time coupon code will be emailed to you.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Plan B Holsters.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 15 days
- The product is in its original packaging    
- The product isn't used or damaged
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Plan B Holsters, LLC.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items can be refunded.
